Dr. Shrikant Verma is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Personalized and Molecular Medicine, Era University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. His academic and professional expertise encompasses several dynamic fields, including Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Human Genetics, and Precision diagnostics, all of which play crucial roles in advancing the field of Personalized Medicine. Over the course of more than four years of dedicated PhD research, He has contributed to the scientific community with 41 publications (20 published research papers and reviews, 14 books and 7 book chapters), many of which have been featured in highly esteemed, peer-reviewed journals.

In recognition of his contributions to the field, he was honored with the prestigious Young Scientist Award by the Indian Society of Personalized Medicine. Furthermore, he is an active life member of several esteemed scientific societies, where he continue to engage in collaborative efforts aimed at advancing medical research and its practical applications.

Currently, his research focuses on translational genomics, aiming to integrate genomic researches into clinical practice, especially for the Indian population, to bring personalized medicine and Precision diagnostics from the lab to the bedside.

Dr. Shrikant Verma has joined editorial/review board of International Journal of New Medicine (IJNM).
